Webflow Developer

Key Responsibilities

Convert Figma designs to Webflow with pixel-perfect accuracy.

Build responsive websites across desktop, tablet, and mobile.

Develop and manage Webflow CMS, Components, Variables, Collections, and Interactions.

Create smooth animations, transitions, and micro-interactions.

Follow Webflow best practices and Client-First methodology.

Knowledge of SEO, AEO, GEO, accessibility & performance.

Add custom HTML, CSS & JavaScript when required.

Test and troubleshoot websites across different browsers, devices, and screen sizes, ensuring responsive and consistent performance.

Collaborate closely with UI/UX Designers, Project Managers, and clients to understand requirements and deliver high-quality websites. .

Deliver projects within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Implement and manage third-party integrations, APIs, forms, analytics, and other external tools as required.

Requirements

1–3 years of hands-on Webflow development experience.

Strong experience converting Figma designs into pixel-perfect Webflow websites.

Excellent HTML & CSS skills

Working knowledge of JavaScript

Experience with Webflow CMS, Components, Variables, Collections, and Interactions.

Strong understanding of responsive design

Knowledge of SEO, accessibility & performance

Good debugging and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution
