The Website Development Intern will support the creation, maintenance, and optimization of client and internal websites as part of The SMM Hub’s digital marketing services. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mumbai and involves collaborating with designers, marketers, and other team members to implement web pages, fix bugs, and improve site performance and usability. Daily responsibilities include assisting with front-end and back-end programming tasks, updating website content and layouts, testing features across browsers and devices, and documenting basic technical processes. The intern will also help analyze user behavior and site metrics, suggest improvements aligned with campaign goals, and participate in team meetings to understand project requirements and timelines.
Strong analytical skills to interpret website data, user behavior, and performance metrics.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clearly document work.
Foundational knowledge of software development principles and web technologies.
Basic programming skills (e.g., Wordpress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or similar) for website implementation and troubleshooting.
Interest in sales and digital marketing concepts to align website features with business objectives.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and version control tools is an advantage.
