Role & Responsibilities
Manage and optimize web experiences using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) — publish content, configure workflows, and troubleshoot page-level issues
Build, validate, and automate Excel-based reporting dashboards to track user engagement, conversion metrics, and operational KPIs
Collaborate with UX, content, and marketing teams to ensure web content is accurate, timely, and aligned with campaign goals
Maintain website uptime and page performance by monitoring backend integrations, asset loads, and form submissions
Document operational processes, create QA checklists, and recommend improvements to reduce manual effort and technical debt
Support migration and testing efforts for new AEM components, templates, and personalization rules with cross-functional teams
Skills & Qualifications

Adobe Experience Manager
