We are looking for a skilled and passionate

Zoho Developer

to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will design, build, and optimize applications within the Zoho ecosystem—including

Zoho CRM

,

Zoho Creator

, and other core Zoho business tools.

You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, build custom workflows, script complex logic using

Deluge

, integrate third-party systems via APIs, and ensure our solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Development:

Design, configure, and maintain applications across the Zoho ecosystem (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, etc.).

Customization & Automation:

Develop custom workflows, blueprints, modules, forms, and custom reports tailored to business processes.

Scripting & Integration:

Write clean Deluge scripts and integrate Zoho tools with external third-party systems and APIs.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into actionable technical specifications, and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Quality Assurance & Optimization:

Perform unit testing, debugging, performance tuning, and continuous monitoring to guarantee security and scalability.

Documentation & Support:

Maintain thorough technical documentation for configurations, workflows, and APIs, and provide ongoing user support and enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills

Core Zoho Expertise:

Hands-on experience with

Zoho CRM

configuration and

Zoho Creator

application development.

Proficiency in

Deluge scripting

, custom functions, widgets, and workflow automation.

Experience integrating Zoho modules with third-party applications via

REST APIs / Webhooks

.

Technical & Web Skills:

Solid foundation in web technologies (

HTML, CSS, JavaScript

).

Familiarity with database design and

SQL

.

Exposure to Java, Microsoft technologies, or other CRM/ERP systems is a strong plus.

Analytical & Soft Skills:

Strong business analysis, process mapping, and requirements-gathering skills.

Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
