ZOHO Greenfield deployment & Customization Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Deploy and configure

relevant Zoho applications

based on business requirements.

Configure modules, workflows, forms, roles, permissions, approval processes and automation.

Develop custom solutions using

Deluge, Zoho Creator and Zoho APIs

.

Integrate Zoho with third-party applications, websites, payment gateways, WhatsApp, email and other business systems.

Perform data migration, data mapping, validation and system testing.

Customize dashboards, reports and business processes to meet operational requirements.

Troubleshoot integration, configuration and automation issues.

Work with business users to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Zoho solutions.

Prepare technical documentation, SOPs and provide post-deployment support and training.

Follow Zoho best practices to ensure

security, scalability, maintainability and maximum utilization of the Zoho ecosystem

.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with

Zoho One / Zoho CRM / Creator / Books / Projects / Analytics

or related Zoho applications.

Good knowledge of

Deluge scripting, REST APIs, webhooks and third-party integrations

.

Experience in workflow automation and low-code/no-code development.

Understanding of CRM, Finance, HR, Project Management and organizational business processes.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills.

Preferred

Experience implementing Zoho for

NGOs, SMEs or multi-department organizations

.

Zoho certifications are an advantage.

Experience with

WhatsApp API, payment gateways, AI/automation and cloud integrations

is desirable.
